RED CROSS SWIM PROGRAM

PARENT & ME

AGES 6 MONTHS TO 3 YEARS OLD 

Star Fish, Duck and Sea Turtle are the first 3 levels of the Red Cross Preschool Swim Program. Parents participate in each lesson, which makes this a great option for both parents and children to have fun in the water while also learning water safety. Activities and progressions are based on child development.

PRESCHOOL SWIM

AGES 3 YEARS OLD TO 6 YEARS OLD

These five levels in the Red Cross Preschool Swim Program are Sea Otter, Salamander, Sunfish, Crocodile, and Whale. These lessons do not require parent participation. Students become more comfortable in the water while also developing ab appreciation and healthy respect for the water. 

SWIM KIDS 

AGES 6 YEARS OLD & UP

There are 10 levels in the Red Cross Swim Kids Program. Each level is progressively advanced, and emphasizes safe decision making in and around the water. 

LIFESAVING SOCIETY – SWIM FOR LIFE

ADULT SWIMMER

AGES: YOUTH AND ADULTS

There are 3 levels Adult 1, Adult 2, and Adult 3.  These lessons provide an introduction to swimming and water-safety, help to develop deep water skills and also include distance swims. 

FITNESS SWIMMER

AGES: SCHOOL AGE AND UP 

These are personalized lessons for those who want improve their swimming skills and refine their technique.
